24/7 Reference Desk - At Your Fingertips!

You have a question, but the library is closed. What do you do? Did you know you can connect with a reference librarian at any time of the day or night through our website? Our library has joined many others across the country so that there is always someone available to help you through online chat. If you provide your e-mail address, a transcript will be mailed to your inbox with any answers, instructions, or internet links that were provided during your session.

You can click on the Ask the Librarian link at the top of the library webpage to access this online service.

Since you will likely not speak with a local librarian, it is still best to call the library with any questions relating to your personal account. This is a reference service only.

If you'd prefer to e-mail the Burbank Library your question, you can do so by clicking the above link. You will have the option to either connect directly with a librarian through live chat or send us an e-mail.
