Lĭt / uh / ruh / sē Äw / fĭs

National Punctuation Day: Sept 24

Founded in 2004 by former newspaperman Jeff Rubin, NPD:
“celebrates the lowly comma, correctly used quotes and other proper uses of periods, semicolons and the ever-mysterious ellipsis.”

Or, perhaps, the Interrobang:

A sentence ending with an interrobang either:
(1) asks a question in an excited manner
How much did you spend on those shoes _
(2) expresses excitement or disbelief in the form of a question
You're going out with Madeline _
(3) asks a rhetorical question
She did what _
