Favorite Reads of 2010: Krakauer

It's that time of year again--your friendly neighborhood librarians are eager to tell you about their favorite reads of 2010. Here is Jim C. with a review:

Where Men Win Glory: The Odyssey of Pat Tillman, by Jon Krakauer is a story about the kind of stubborn idealist that Krakauer has written about before in books like Into the Wild. But it is also about the institutional resistance of the Army toward releasing information that makes the Army look bad. The continuing war in Afghanistan makes this a critical issue.

The library also owns this as an audio book.
