The "Best of 2012" begins!

Ever since librarian Erin P. first started this blog in 2006, we have had an end-of-year tradition: The "Best of..." blog entries, which usually occupy the blog from about halfway through December to a few days after the dawn of the New Year.

We ask our library staff--pages, clerks, library assistants, librarians, and administrators--to tell us what impressed them the most this year--what was the best book, audio book, music CD, movie, or TV show they read, listened to, or watched. This year we are bringing you the "Best of 2012," and, as usual, it's an eclectic group of items (from an eclectic group of employees!). We hope these blog entries inspire you to:
  1. Think about and share your own best-of (with us, if you like, and/or with family, friends and total strangers!)
  2. Take our suggestions and explore some of them for yourselves!
So keep your eye on the blog for the next 15-20 days, and see what end-of-year recommendations we have in store for you!
