Help for your student!

We don't often cross-post between the blogs, but it seems like there has been an increase lately in the number of parents coming to the reference desk with requests for materials for their teenagers' research papers.

Neither the parents nor the teens seem to be aware of a truly valuable resource the library provides to them for free, with their possession of a library card, so we have enumerated the advantages of using the LIBRARY DATABASES on our teen blog, YA Think?, and rather than duplicate that whole post here, we would like to refer you to that blog to read all about them.

If you are the parent of an older child or teen who is struggling to find resources for his or her research paper in any subject, please go here to find out about a resource that will make both of your lives easier for the remainder of your children's school careers!
