The Scene of the Crime Book Club is reading...

For their April meeting, the members of The Scene of the Crime mystery book club will be reading A Study in Scarlet, by Arthur Conan Doyle.

This book features the first ever appearance of Sherlock Holmes, and is one of only four novels that Doyle wrote. As many mystery lovers know, the vast majority of Doyle's writings were short stories, so it's a worthy choice for the Scene of the Crime Book Club to investigate the scene of Sherlock Holmes's origin.

Join the club on the third Tuesday of every month, at 7:00 p.m. at the Buena Vista Library in the story time room. Crime time in April is on the 21st.
