It's All Too Much, by Peter Walsh
Long before Marie Kondo's bestselling book, The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up came on the scene, there was (and still is) Peter Walsh, the organizational guru from TLC's hit show Clean Sweep. Peter has published several books to help with clearing clutter and stress. I was drawn to this title as I was feeling overwhelmed by my stuff and, more especially, my husband's stuff. I popped in the book on disc as we headed off on a long weekend road trip fearing protests from the hubby, but we were both quickly engaged by Peter's humor and insight. We actually found ourselves stopping the discs to discuss some of the points or suggestions Peter raised from time to time. Better yet, we've put some of them into place! If you are looking to let go of your emotional and physical clutter so that you can have a happier home and life, I highly recommend this book. If you have a partner, listen to it together. It's much cheaper than a couples counselor!
