SHELF-TALKER WORKSHOP:
The Book I Love!
Adults, teens, and children (ages 6 & up) are invited to help us paper the shelves with love notes to books! Stop in and create a shelf-talker about one of your favorite books. Write a (short) summary of what the book is about, and why you adore it.

We will have pre-made forms for those who simply wish to write; or, if you like, you can embellish a blank shelf-talker with drawings, a border, some fancy lettering, or a few hearts (see left for example)—your choice. Afterward, we will hang all the shelf-talkers throughout the library in preparation for VALENTINE’S DAY.

All materials will be provided.

THURSDAY
Central Library, 4:00 p.m.

Family Films presents...
TROLLS
Enter a colorful, wondrous world populated by hilariously unforgettable characters and discover the story of the overly optimistic Trolls, with a constant song on their lips, and the comically pessimistic Bergens, who are only happy when they have trolls in their stomach. Featuring original music from Justin Timberlake, the film stars the voice talents of Anna Kendrick, Justin Timberlake, Russell Brand, James Corden, Kunal Nayyar, Gwen Stefani, and many more. A fresh, broad comedy filled with music, heart, and hair-raising adventures. 92 minutes / RATED PG
